Muffins and cards, gifts; a surprise meeting at the train then the beach, breakfast and gelato...today was the perfect Mother's Day, the rest of the 364 days I am reminded of what mothers do.. we continue to nurture, to  laugh and cry & do way too much laundry.. and feel gratitude that we are fulfilling the needs of the world; lovely, compassionate people.   

      I love the beauty of a bride played against (max level) texture and extreme light..

So. My Kelser and Alexandra.. years have passed but memories never will. I LOVE this photo
for so many reasons.. it was spring (as it is currently) it was a: "mom can we go out in the rain pullleeeaaasssse!?"  Here in yellow and blue and green is reason for mom's saying "yes!"  They suited up and hit the puddles like no other and the giggles are right here in my heart.  Specifically (in detail)  I love the crazy hair barrette, the COLOR, the mischievous look on Al's face  (she is so that girl 9 years later) and the huge brace-full smile on Kelsey..  Children are a blessing!  Hug them, love them and forgive them.

The Great Diaper Change Assignment... use cloth diapers is the message...twin sisters Amelia and Evelyn await the big change (as did 25 other babies at this local spot) and thousands across the U.S. Saturday.

"Amy do you have a sec?"
